Great new location acquired in Shropshire
Valicity recently acquired a new location in Shropshire. A large, promising site in a popular area for walkers and hikers seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of town life. The property, previously a retirement home, offers stunning views of the Shropshire countryside and is set for a complete renovation. The aim is to update the interior and introduce new features to create a comfortable living environment for potential residents.
Originally a retirement home, the property will be repurposed as a supportive residential children’s home for young people aged 7-16. This new home will cater to the local Shropshire County Council and the surrounding Midlands area. It is conveniently located with easy access to road and rail transport links.
The entire project is expected to take approximately eight to twelve weeks to complete, and we will regularly update the progress in our news.
