OUR ROLE

We’re here to support our service users in the best way for their individual circumstances. Sometimes that’s a roof over their head. Sometimes it’s helping them with shopping and cooking. Sometimes we’re hands on with demonstrating the importance of time management and how to manage their finances.

Whatever form it takes, we’re committed for the long term.

We recognise potential. We provide opportunities. We instil the importance of boundaries. We nurture self-belief.

SERVICES

Supportive homes.

We provide caring and supportive residential children’s homes for young people ages from 7-16.

We provide supported accommodation for care leavers and young people aged 16+.

We provide Mother and Baby Family Assessment Centres.

Supported accommodation.

Whether that’s the provision of cooked meals, help with budgeting for a weekly shop and meeting deadlines, or help with training and employment, we’re here to provide consistency, structure and safety that helps to foster trust and ambition, and to see that success (whatever that looks like) is as much for them as it is for everyone else. At every stage, service users receive our commitment to integration back into society.

Supported living in the community.

By providing support and care services as an integrated package, we help individuals to live as part of their local community, helping them retain their independence wherever possible. Our support workers can assist with every task, from personal care to shopping and cooking.

Mother and Baby Family Assessment Centres.

We also provide residential family assessment centres for young parents and their children. Our families are housed in large self contained flats with access to communal areas. Our approach is focused on the safeguarding of the children within our care. We work closely with the families in a nonintrusive manner, while providing them with feedback reports and support throughout their assessment tailored to their specific needs. This will provide families with a safe and homely environment. Our properties are spacious, finished to a high standard & allow the right atmosphere for assessments and supervision to take place while maintaining our high standards of care & support. We work closely with local authorities to get the best outcomes for the families within our care.
